1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zaksab website (https://zaksab.com), engaging our video ad production services, or utilizing our free AI performance marketing tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our website or services.

2. Creative Production Services

Zaksab provides custom video ad creative production, motion graphics, UGC editing, scripting, and whitelabel agency backend support. Specific project scope, revision allowances, delivery timelines, and pricing are specified in individual client agreements, statements of work (SOW), or invoices.

• Revisions: Revisions are executed based on agreed statement of work limits. Revision requests outside initial creative briefs may incur additional production fees.
• Turnaround Times: Estimated delivery dates are contingent upon prompt client asset handoff, brand guidelines, and feedback submission.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive commercial usage rights for video ad assets produced specifically for their campaigns.
• Studio IP & Pre-existing Assets: Zaksab retains ownership of proprietary motion templates, internal editing frameworks, stock assets, software scripts, and foundational design systems used to produce the deliverables.
• Website & AI Tools: All code, design elements, animations, logos, trademarks, and free AI tool output frameworks on this website are the intellectual property of Zaksab.

4. Free AI Marketing Tools Usage

Zaksab provides free AI performance tools (Script Generator, Hook Generator, Brief Generator, Angle Generator, Ad Copy Generator) for educational and marketing asset generation purposes. Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of specific ad campaign performance or conversion rates. Generated scripts and angles should be reviewed to ensure compliance with advertising platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zaksab, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, video ad creative assets, or third-party ad campaign performance outcomes. Ad platform algorithms, ROAS, CPA, and spending decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client or advertiser.

6. Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable business laws. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following published updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
